Through my own journey of overcoming injuries, managing anxiety, and discovering the gaps in women’s healthcare, I became passionate about creating a supportive space where women can regain strength, balance, and confidence in their bodies.

Mobility/Yoga Therapy

Pelvic Floor
Did you know that 1 in 4 women in the U.S. experience pelvic floor dysfunction? Factors like age, pregnancy, and childbirth can weaken pelvic floor muscles, leading to discomfort and instability. When the pelvic floor is out of balance, it can either become underactive, lacking the strength needed for support, or overactive, tightening excessively in an attempt to stabilize the pelvis.
Both conditions can lead to leaking, pelvic pain, and instability—but the good news is that you can restore balance.
Through guided movement, strength training, and corrective exercises, I help women regain control, reduce symptoms, and rebuild a healthy, functional pelvic floor.

My Journey: Bridging the Gap in Women's Health
My journey into health and wellness started as a personal quest for healing. I struggled with anxiety and, after a car accident, faced lingering hip and knee issues that traditional treatments only temporarily relieved. Searching for lasting solutions, I began exploring movement, breathwork, and holistic wellness practices. What started as a way to manage pain and stress soon became a transformative experience—one that not only strengthened my body but also reshaped how I approached my overall well-being.

As I deepened my knowledge, I became more aware of the gaps in women’s healthcare. I saw how many women were dismissed, told their symptoms were “just part of aging” or that they had to simply live with pain, hormonal imbalances, or postpartum challenges. Even as I learned more about my own body, I realized how much information was never openly shared with women—about their cycles, pelvic floor health, and the connection between lifestyle and long-term wellness. I knew I had to be part of the solution.

That’s why I became passionate about creating a safe, supportive space where women can take control of their health. My approach is rooted in education, empowerment, and personalization—helping women understand their bodies, build sustainable habits, and feel confident in their ability to create lasting change. Whether it’s addressing pelvic floor dysfunction, improving mobility, balancing hormones, or simply feeling stronger and more in tune with their body, my goal is to bridge the gap in care and give women the tools they need to thrive.
